04/03/10 - The 2010 Dart18 production one-design boat will be on display this week at the RYA dinghy show 6/7th March Alexander Palace. Dart sailors and association members are welcome to visit the show view the new boat and talk with the Windsport team , Brian Phipps and Ian Fraser.

16/10/09 - Dan Norman wins Windy Worthing, whilst 2nd Place Paul Wakelin wins the 2009 TT Series and Simon Holland wins the Most Improved Helm. Results... And the lucky winner of the raffle for the brand new Jib, supplied by Windsport, was Jamie Lynch.
01/09/09 - Congratulations to Dave and Louise Roberts for winning the 2009 UK National Championships at Dee Sailing Club, in what proved to be a demanding four days in a wide variety of conditions.

20/07/09 - Despite the gloomy weather forecast, 28 teams braved the elements to take part in TT5 at Parkstone Yacht Club. Saturday saw good sailing in the bay with strong winds dieing by the end of the third race, Will Thompson and Zander Ozelton leading at the end of the day. Sunday's building winds barely allowed one race to be completed, only nine finished. Paul Wakelin and Rachel Foster just beating Will and Zander on countback. Results...
15/07/09 - Dave and Louise Roberts dazzle the French with their sailing prowess (and their shirts) to win the French National Championships, congratulations. And well done to Ginny Jones-Pierce (age 13) for finishing 2nd with Herve Le Maux in her first Dart open and beating her mum, Jo-Jo, who finished 5th with David Lloyd. Results...

18/05/09 - Thirty eight boats turned up for Whitstable GP, but when sailing was cancelled on Saturday attentions turned to the great party organised for that night. With a band and great food cooked by Julie, everyone had a great time celebrating Tony and Julie's engagement. Sunday had a prompt start with four races scheduled. One race was started, then the fleet were sent ashore as a squall hit, and eventually racing was abandoned. However, in the one race that was started, leader Paul Wakelin decided he’d had enough (or couldn’t count?) and went through the finish line after two laps rather than three, followed by the rest of the fleet, meaning no boat had finished the course. Whitstable awarded prizes for the finishing positions after 2 laps and Handicap prizes were given based on the same result. The jury is out on whether or not this will actually stand as GP result. 05/05/09 - The first Grand Prix of the 2009 season, held at Snettisham Beach, was won by Will Thompson Results.... Based on this form he could be a hot favourite to win the Nationals later this year at his home club, Dee Sailing Club. Brian Phipps (top catamaran coach and ex-Dart 18 National Champion) of Windsport has come forward with a proposal.
